Vegetable Flatbread

Pizza dough

Steps

Roll out or stretch pizza dough. I used some premade dough I bought from the store. I like to use cornmeal to assist with the process.

Lightly grease a cast iron pan or pizza stone.

Add on your stretched dough. Add a some oil over the top.

Add topics as you please.

Add salt on top and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes – the veggies should be slightly cooked and the crust has a light brown.

Add cheese and put back into the oven until cheese is melted (around 5 minutes).

Why flatbreads?

Fun to customize and make based on each kid’s taste.

Why not flatbreads?

It’s definitely time consuming to roll out/stretch each dough. It’s not super scalable for entertaining more people.

Extra Notes

To reheat leftovers – place in oven at 200 for 10 minutes OR on the pan for 10 minutes with a cover (medium heat).
